It's difficult to feel anything when you are moving too quickly through life.Don't let a fast-paced routine keep you from enjoying the niceties of life. Start to consciously slow down and notice how you feel throughout the day.
When having your meal,eat slowly.Bring your attention to how you feel eating that dish.When you are walking to some place ,slow down. Notice what's around you and what that makes you feel.Talk slower,write slower,stop rushing from one appointment to the other.
Do this often. You will be pleasantly surprised to discover that life is far richer when you stop to enjoy it..!
